Extreme tiredness

I am constantly exhausted to the extent that I might be out during the day and i suddenly feel so tired I need to go to sleep and my eyes start closing.  I feel weak too  when I get this sudden tiredness and it is starting to get me down as this is not normal for me at all.
I have had blood tests which have all been clear, i dont smoke, ive stopped drinking caffeine, i eat healthily but I am not able to do my normal activities as i just don't have the energy.
Sleeping more makes no difference and this tiredness just suddenly hits me, what else could it be? I'm at the end of my tether as my life is on hold because of it at the moment, this has been happening since October!

Decrease your protein intake to 10 percent of your daily calories.
Eat a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables (preferably organic) for their protective phytochemicals.
Eat garlic regularly for its antiviral effects.
Incorporate immune-enhancing mushrooms into meals, including shiitake, oyster, enokidake and maitake mushrooms.
Have your doctor check you for anemia, kidney and liver function.
Your potassium should be high and sodium low.
Many medications can give the effect of chronic fatigue.
Check all your food labels and I mean ALL! I guarantee you are getting
more sodium than potassium. You need vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3,
Lipoic acid and pantothenic acid. If you're not getting them then carbs. aren't breaking down properly. You need over 4,000 mg of potassium per day as per the USDA. The following foods contain potassium!
6 oz orange juice 1,436mg, 1 cup beet greens 1,309mg, 1 cup dates 1,168
1 cup raisins 1,086mg, medium potato with skin 1,081mg,
1 cup lima beans 955mg,1 cup cooked spinach 839mg,
1 cup pinto beans 746mg,1 avocado 720mg, banana 422mg. Also buy
the salt substitute potassium chloride. Try this it could take a few months to see an improvement.

I've had my thyroid tested and it is completely normal.  I also eat very healthily and love my fruit and veggies too.  This is why i'm baffled as to why i feel like this because my lifestyle is healthy and my blood tests have shown to be normal too.

What is your TSH thyroid stimulating hormone! It shouldn't be above 2.5!
If it is I suggest seeing an endocrinologist who specializes in the thyroid!

I do not have depresseion or anemia, my doctor has not really mentioned chronic fatigue syndrome but they're pretty much useless and because my blood tests were clear they don't seem to care too much now!

You taking any vitamins? I would suggest a B 50 complex. The B vitamins help with stress, energy, depression, memory ect. ect. There water soluble so whatever you dont need body will excrete. Take care and I know how you feel. Thomas
