I would try taking a good magnesium supplement. It worked for me. Magnesium is vital to assist our bodies stress response and preventing anxiety. Most people are deficient in Magnesium. Try taking a good absorbing form of it. Magnesium citrate or glycinate are the best absorbed types. Magnesium oxide is the least absorbed. Give it a try and you will probably see positive rests in less than a few days. Everyone I recommend it to has seen good results. More energy and more relaxed.
Hello, I am so sorry you are experiencing these feelings, I have anxiety attacks as well and they are not fun. I think you are having stress related anxiety attacks, one of the things that helped me was taking a good, high potency Vitamin B supplement. Vitamin B is the "nerve" vitamin, and when stressed, your body depletes it faster than normal. Vitamin B is great for anxiety, it helps to support the adrenal glands which are the base for the fight or flight symptoms you are having.
Also, a good multi-mineral would benefit as well, make sure it has at least 1000 calcium and 500 magnesium, these are both anxiety fighters as well, plus good for your heart.
I noticed that you said that GABA made some of your issues worse, it did me as well so I stopped it immediately. I guess it is good for some folk, but certainly not for me.
I hope you feel better soon, anxiety is not fun.
I should clarify: the 75 Hard Challenge consists of:
Working out twice a day for 45 mins each, drinking a gallon of water a day, sticking to a diet, reading 10 pages of a self improvement book, and no alcohol for 75 days.
