If you are not drinking enough water the body takes the water out of your stools, hence making you constipated. There are many natural ways to stay regular, high fibre foods and eat less high carb foods as they can clog you up. Good luck. If you go to the toilet and the pain stays see a doctor as soon as you can.

Not taking enough fiber in your diet, low intake of vegetables and cereals, anxiety, change in eating habits all can cause constipation. You may make simple changes to your diet and lifestyle like including high-fiber foods, drinking plenty of fluids and regularly exercising .See a doctor of the symptoms are severe.
