open cut on toe two days ago -- can do anything now?
Hi,
I got an open cut on my big toe a couple days ago playing handball barefoot on an asphalt park. Haven't rinsed with alcohol or soap or used bacitracin or anything. Walked around with wound on asphalt, sandals, floors... Wound is dry now. Is there anything I can do about it now? What are the odds I've gotten an infection? What is the set of infections I could potentially contract this way? Set is probably large -- provide common and worst-case, please.
