Do you happen to have anxiety issues? It could be caused by stress, to relax the muscles place a heat pad over the area which will help alleviate the pain. Hope you get to feeling better!

as far as i see u may have either acidity or gastric problem..
avoid junk foods that cause these..do exercise daily like stretching and brisk walk or jogging..
eat light food at night..hav ur dinner before 7 pm..
if this thing is consistent u should go see a doctor
