Will I ever be normal again? (Several symptoms, long post..)

First, a little about me. I'm a 22 year old guy. I am relatively active and have a healthy diet. I work out about 4 times a week with weights and cardio. I've been to a few doctors and specialists and they are no help. I take the following supplements:

NOW Adam Multivitamin
Triple Strength Omega 3 (2 pills, 1800mg combined EPA+DHA)
Vitamin D3 (5,000 IU)
Magnesium Glycinate (400mg)
Zinc Picolinate (25mg)
Creatine (5g)

Here are my symptoms

Brain fog - Difficult to think or concentrate
Depression - No emotions, never feeling happy
Anxiety - Constant worry and nervousness
Fatigue - Always tired and wanting to sleep
Muscle tension - Body wide, 24/7, can focus on relaxing but it comes right back
Muscle twitches - Body wide, almost 24/7, primarily lower body
Muscle weakness - Unable to lift as much as I could a year ago
Hair loss - Hair is becoming really thin and brittle
Random heat intolerance - Core will become hot but hands and feet remain cold

I was never like this, this all started about two years ago and has been getting worse and worse. Most doctors and people will blame all of my symptoms on depression and anxiety but I believe depression is a symptom of another problem. No matter how much I exercise, eat, or sleep, I feel like this.

I also drink plenty of water, no caffeine, junk food, or prescription drugs.

I've tried antidepressants (Zoloft, Lexapro, Paxil, Cymbalta) for several months at a time and all they do is make me feel much more tired. I've also tried thyroid medications for several months at a time and they do nothing either.

I've been tested for just about everything my doctors could think of, here's my out of range results (over the past couple years of testing..)

WBC - 3.0, range is 3.8-10.8
-This has been dropping from 3.8 all the way down to 3.0 over the past couple years

Neutrophils - 1260, range is 1500-7800

TSH - 5.89 - range is 0.40-4.50
-Normal free and total t4/t3, and no antibodies

FSH - 1.0, range is 1.6-8.0
Sex hormone binding globulin - 51, range is 10-50
-Normal free and total testosterone, and LH

Cortisol (AM) - 22.7, range is 4.0-22.0
-Normal ACTH which was 32 out of 6-50

Cholesterol - 205, range is 125-200
LDL - 139, range is <130
-Normal HDL and triglycerides

And pretty much everything else that has been tested that is normal:

Complete blood count, Comp metabolic panel, Liver panel, Thyroid panel, Vitamin D3, B12, Folate, Lyme, Urinalysis..

I have normal weight and blood pressure.

I've tried everything you could possibly think of. Diet, exercise, relaxing, sleeping, supplements, etc..... what else is there that I could possibly do?

The most uncomfortable and annoying symptom is the muscle tension. I can always feel my legs being tense. If I focus on relaxing them I can, but it comes right back. I've tried caffeine and it just makes me tired. It didn't a couple years ago, used to give me energy. Magnesium doesn't do anything for my anxiety, tension, or twitches. Neither does water or electrolytes.

I'm so exhausted of looking up my symptoms on the internet and trying to figure out whats wrong with me and why this stuff is happening but I can't ...

I've seen a few doctors, an endocrinologist, hematologist, psychiatrist and they can't do anything for me other than offer antidepressants or thyroid medication that i've already tried (like I said, for several months) and they do absolutely nothing but make my problems worse.

Can anybody please help me or think of what might be wrong here? I've also tried stopping all supplements and changing my diet and that doesn't work either.. my liver, kidneys, and all of that are normal too.

That's not a lot of supplements actually.. I've stopped all of them before and I couldn't function. I don't believe that any of this is normal or part of the ageing process, I'm only 22.

After reading through your list of issues, I am even more convinced that if you stop the supplements and just live, and stop worrying about your supposed health issues, you will be fine and enjoy a good life! Relax - just gotta let yourself be you - you are different and individual, and the lab results you have here have shown us that - they are only artificially determined in the first place - you have some test results which show that you are alive - there is nothing there dreadfully out of whack, so just carry on and remember that as you grow older, your body will change in ways that perhaps you don't like - well get used to it, it's all part of growing. you don't have any control over the aging process, so you have to accept that lots of things get better as you age, and some things diminish. That's just the way it is!! :)

I think you should stop taking all those supplements - if you are 22 in good health, you shouldn't need any of that!
