I dont know whats going on

Hi all ..i 've been feeling this for quite short time like 15 days ..I m actually a Dr in maxillo facial surgery.and I'm 29 yrs old healthy i m tall and powerful but before 4 months I 've got shoulder pain and then got a neck tension pain and later an episode of heart palpitation with mild sweating from my forehead and dizziness and since then I m mildely dizzy ..i went to cardiologist and everything is fine echo Doppler and ekg are good ,i went to the neurologist and i did x ray and everything is ok except mild disc pinching , eyes problem that I have is that I need lenses , ears are clear ..but I was anxious all the time because of the war in Syria where i live ..but the symptoms are hell like dizziness and zapps of electricity and kicking feeling in my colon and feeling beats in my head and thigh and sometimes my chest which makes me feel like cardiac flutters ..but the most annoying thing is the complete loss of energy and feeling like I want to go to bed immediately before i fall ..I feel like something sucked all the energy and life from me ..I m really sad and pessimistic , I was a man that can push up to 5men together and now I feel like this ,sudden episode of tiredeness makes me go to zero optimistism

Does anyone have a solution , I m 29 and sometimes I cry like a baby and go to church ..I m really also sad because my parents are watching me going under ...PLZ help
