Try warm/hot wet compresses. Keep the area dry when don't have the moist compress on, and keep the area clean.

However, it is not recommended that you pick it as it can get infected. Now I'd wait and see and watch. Don't touch it anymore. If it becomes painful, gets hot or forms a lot of pus, you"ll need to make sure it is not infected.
