I want to be fit for Summer

I want to be very fit for summer. You know i smooth stomach, nice legs, just all around very fit and toned. Now Im pretty busy during the week so I can only go swimming twice a week. What else should I do. I want to lose apprx 10 pounds. How should I be eating and excerising.. Any suggestions and tip? I need a routine to follow.

i exercise every day and i work alot but after work i lay on my floor shove my feet under the couch and do about 84 sit ups. then i turn over and do as many pushups as i can and then i stand up and do some jump squats you have to be on yourself to be fit and too many people have an excuse notn to be in shape eating healthy is a start if you cut your eating in half you also loose weight i eat about 6-9 times a day but i eat in small amounts and i snack on healthy food lick nuts or fruits inbetween meals drink lots of water try to cut out soda have maybe 1 soda a week will help you as well gatorade and water are the best you have to stay hydrated or your body will hate you. lol
