i have low TSH and high STH. Can this be the reason to my difficulty in hearing???

I'm not sure what STH means but TSH stands for thyroid stimulating hormone. Do you have your thyroid lab results? Hypothyroidism is a cause of hearing loss. The most common cause of hypothyroidism is an autoimmune disease called Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

I'd say it is quite likely your hearing issues are related to your thyroid issues yes. Symptoms will improve when optimally treated with thyroid medication.
