Sounds to me like either Candida or Fibromyalgia, they can sort of mimic each other. Ask for tests to rule these out.

Itchy genitals can be from fungal overgrowth as well as from your skin being dry due to a hormonal imbalance.

Don't use soaps and only wear cotton underwear.

It is a good idea for you to make an appointment to see your doctor to rule out other causes of your symptoms.

Tirdness/fatigue, forgetfulness/loss of concentration, bad hair growth, recklessness and itchy genitals is all symtpms of PCOS but the rest sounds like other health problems, i can't tell you what it is ether so for sure tell your doctor and write it down while you are home and not around people so you can give it to your doctor like gemme said, i know how confidence shot you feel as i feel icky and i have for so long now every day and day-to-day life and just getting out is a chore for me too so your not alone in feeling that, i've had no period for nearly 4 months now so i'm also going to get a docs appointment to see if i have PCOS too or something else... the foggyness just makes me confused to what i'm even feeling or thinking though so i take what i feel or think less and less seriously, i know feeling all this is so confusing as we are supposed to feel better than this but we aren't :(. I hope you find out what is wrong but usually symtoms of PCOS don't entirely go away you will still feel icky every day.

Like gemme26 says, it is a good idea to right a list to hand to your doctor.

There are a number of things that need looking into.
Your doctor will probably take a blood test to check you out for a hormone imbalance and also to see if you are anaemic.  Anaemia will make you feel very tired.

Although having the boils can be linked with the polycystic ovary problem and that too causes the facial hair growth, getting boils and very sore and itchy genitals can also be from bacterial problems or from diabetes.

With the uncontrollable shaking that could be due to you not having eaten anything and your sugar levels dropping too low.

You require to have a swab taken from the genital area, to find out if you do have a fungal infection (highly likely that you do).  An antifungal cream specifically for the genital area will help with that.  You can purchase, without a prescription, or the doctor can prescribe it for you, is an oral medication called Fluconazole which is a capsule that you swallow with water.  Sometimes you may need more than 1 dose and there are different types of antifungals that your doctor can prescribe, if this one does not work.

In the meantime, do not use soap to wash down below.  Only use soaps that are kind to the skin; baby washes are fine.  Bathing with a cupful of Epsom salts will help, but you would need to put in a few drops of baby oil too as it can be very drying.  The cream for the genitals that you need is Canesten or the doctor may prescribe a different type.  The pharmacist will also be able to give you advice on this.  You can also get Canesten in a spray can.  Instead of soaps you can buy (or the doctor can prescribe) emmolients like Diprobase, Doublebase, Dermol - these can also be used as a substitute for soap.

You do not tell us what the doctor said about your swollen glands in the groin.  Has he arranged for blood tests to be taken?  Swollen glands in the groin could be from a viral or bacterial infection.

To help with regard your polycystic ovary problem make sure that you have a healthy and well balanced diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.  Eat whole grain foods and avoid refined foods like white bread, cakes, biscuits and avoid fried foods.  Also drink plenty of water during the day, but no more than 2 litres unless a doctor or urologist says you should drink more.

You may find Evening Primrose Oil helpful too.

In the meantime wash regularly avoiding soap as mentioned earlier.  Only wear cotton underwear and avoid wearing tight clothing, nylon garments and tights.

Don't neglect the soreness and itchiness in the genital area, as this can get worse and much harder to heal.  Dry not to scratch.

At home, after washing, apply natural set yogurt will also help to cool down the itchiness and soreness.  It can take quite a long time to heal and settle if you have had this for a long time.

With regard to your suicidal thoughts, you should speak to your doctor about this.  This could be part and parcel of your hormone imbalance, or from depression and you do need help to get out of this, either through medication or with counselling.

Your memory loss could be due to depression, lack of Vitamin B12 or from being overtired and suffering from the depression and stress.

If you forgot to talk with your doctor about all the issues that you have written here, then do book another appointment and give the doctor the list of your problems.
