Could I have been injected with something?

A few nights ago I went to a nightclub with my friends. I had a drink (4 Loko gross I know) before I went there, but I wasn't blackout drunk or even close to it. I spent most of the night dancing so I would've been close enough that someone easily could have injected me with something. The next day I woke up and the back of my right thigh was very sore. This wasn't a muscle ache from dancing all night, the rest of my body was fine and I spend so much time on my feet working that I wouldn't really be sore from dancing for a few hours. This was different it was just one very soft muscle that hurt to lie on or put any pressure on it and it felt like a big bruise, but when I looked it was just one tiny little purple bruise not much bigger than the earaser on the back of a pencil. Should I be worried? Keep in mind I also woke up with blisters on my feet from my shoes, and I never even noticed my shoes being uncomfortable so I don't really know I would've felt a needle. I mean regardless something did happen and I didn't feel it when it did. If a picture would help I do have one.
