HELP ME

I am trying to figure out my menstrual cycle and if I have a 28 day cycle or a 30 day cycle?   Here is where I am kind of confused - I got my period on May 28th and it lasted 7 days. I got my period again on June 29th and I am still on it till about the 4th or 5th. I usually have my period for a bout 7 days, no more no less. I don't get my period on the same day each month which if you ask me I don't think that is normal but it is usually around the same week that I get it each month. I have tried using helpful information to figure it out but I just don't get it. Can some one please help me? If I know how long my cycle is then it is easier for me to figure out when I am fertile and such, thanks!

You are usually fertile three to four days after the ovulation period which is approx two weeks after the beginning of your period.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there,
If a woman is not on any contraception she can conceive anytime. Though the chances of conception are high if you know your fertile period. The fertile period of a woman is determined by analyzing her menstrual cycle with an ovulation calculator or fertility chart. On an average the menstrual cycle is a 28 day cycle. During the 14th day after a period, the ovum is released.12 to 16 days after a period is said to be a woman’s most fertile period. For more queries and assistance visit a gynecologist. I sincerely hope it helps.
Best luck and kind regards!
