Please, please help me get rid of this migraine.

I need advice on any home remedies or cures to help ease my migraine. I'm used to experiencing chronic migraines and I receive nerve blocking injections every three weeks, but for some reason the effects have seemed to wear off early, probably due to extreme stress and a lack of sleep. I've had it for the last ten hours and it's just getting worse and I don't want to go to urgent care or the emergency room because I can't afford it right now. The pain is severe behind my right eye, I'm seeing black spots in my vision, I'm rambling and having horrible brain fog and constantly need to vomit. I've tried taking over the counter medication and couldn't keep it down, have been lying in a dark room with my phone brightness down and sunglasses on, taking a warm bath, I've tried everything and I'm ready to bang my head against a brick wall. Is there anything else I can do?

Hello~You really need to see a good chiropractor as soon as possible. They specialize in headaches. You undoubtedly have pinched nerves in your neck with is causing the migraines. The sooner you do this, the sooner you will be pain free.

What helps me is long hot baths. If you soak your feet and hands at the same time with a hot wash cloth on the back of your neck, it allows the muscles and nerves to relax.

Sorry to say, but you should really go to the hospital. I don't think anything over the counter or any home remedy would make any difference. There also could be something else entirely going on, although most likely it isn't. They would probably give you something stronger at the hospital. Our healthcare system is deplorable. Sorry to be so defeatist, I really hope you feel better. Good luck.
