Should I tell me Doctor

After taking my antibiotic for my sickness, a while later I dranked some of my non-lactose milk. I went to bed. Got some heartburn but tried to sleep. Then my heart started beating fast. and I felt a bit like fainting, but not that fainty. Anyways now I think its calming down a little bit but im still kind of shaky over it.

Ty in advance for your thoughts.

Also this is my 4th day on antibiotics

I would mention it just because some people have a wonky heart rythm like QT long and such which can be ruled out with a simple EKG. The most likely explanation though is that you were dehydrated. Be sure to drink plenty of fluid while on antibiotics and take vitamins / eat a balanced diet.
