I got punched, and haven't eaten for 5 days!

Hello Doctors, so here is my problem...
About 5 days ago, I actually got punched very hard in my mouth. I did not bleed though, and my teeth did not fall off. However, after the punch, my whole mouth became so numb, as well as my teeth, and I can't even bite any food right now. My teeth feel so weak that I feel they might fall off if I bite something very hard. For the last 5 days, I have only been drinking water, and blended fruit juices. I would say this though, I do feel a little better now than I did 5 days ago. My question is basically this, can my mouth and my teeth heal on their own as time goes by? And what if some of my teeth got affected a little bit by the punch, can they also be back to normal as time passes?
PS: I do not feel that any of my teeth is swinging or anything, they just feel so weak!

Thanks
Basel
