So sorry your back is still bothering you. An orthopedist will check the spinal column and see where the arthritis or other problem is. I hope it isn't serious and that you are able to resolve the problem with OTCs or a good prescription. - I don't have any discs left in my back - I take Essiac. At first I started taking it to prevent cancer (Dad died of it). But the side effect was very little pain in my back! Am still taking it along with Calcium, D3, and other supplements to help my Degenerative Disc Disease and Fibromyalgia. - Sincerely hope you get good results...
Update:
The weird feeling still bothers me occasionally so I went to the doctor, they advised me to perform the ff:
Urinalysis
Kindney & Urinary Bladder Ultrasound
All results came as normal.
Doctor now advised me to just observe for another 2 weeks and if still doesn't get better he said I should consult with an ortho.
Let us know how you fare.
Thank you, appreciate it.
PS Licorice root is a tasty way to help your kidneys and adrenal glands. Also called DGL - available at health food stores or Chinese herbalists. You chew two tablets before meals. Also cures ulcers!
Thanks, I will try the upside down technique.
Just out of curiosity, could this be related to kidney problems? Or should I expect more severe symptoms if it is so?
Sounds like sciatica. A fancy word for a pinched nerve in the lower back. A visit to the chiropractor or hanging upside down on one of those "tables" will pop it back in place. That will make you sore for a little while, but better than that sciatica pain. Mine goes all the way from my buttocks to the instep of my foot. - A good massage sometimes will relieve that pinched nerve also.
