go to the hospital. you have an infection which has now gone up into your kidneys. I had the same a few months ago. don't go to your Dr go straight to the hospital they will start you on intravenous antibiotics and fluids you will be admitted for at least a week

You do have a urinary tract infection and by the symptoms you describe it sounds like it is Cystitis.

And yes, you do must go and get treatment for this as soon as possible.

In the meantime, drink plenty of water.  To help with the burning sensations, drink a glassful of water with a teaspoonful of bicarbonate of soda.  You can do this 1 every 3 hours, no more.  What this does is bicarbonate of soda neutralises the acidic urine that is aggravating your bladder and causing you all that pain.

I know it hurts to urinate, but you must drink the water to help flush out the bacteria.

With drinking a lot of water, the blood will settle, but you do need an antibiotic to get rid of the bacteria.  Take a urine specimen with you when you see a doctor.

Best wishes.
