Sharp pain in my right side

I'm 14yo and very active in my sports. I just stopped running track 2 weeks ago and had no pain. I have a pain under my right Brest and have had it for two days now. When I breath in it feels like a sharp pain digging into my side, when i move fast or cough it also hurts. I’m taking slow breaths now so it doesn’t hurt. I thought it may be a stitch in my side but it feels worse than that. Its a sharp pain under my l right Brest that has been there since yesterday evening, hurts taking a deep breath, and moving suddenly. It does not hurt when touched but I keep yawning. Please help I don’t want a pain in my side like this one,i don't want to presume something but i think it may be a bruised rib-but there is no bruise,i don't remember hurting my rib.

there is a few possibilities...i wouldnt get to worried about it...it is probably a sore rib...if you used to excersise a lot then suddenly slow down it can cause you to develop calcium and other inflamatory proteins in the muscles or ligaments causing pain....also you could have costo-chondritis...a temporary inflamation of the ribs and joints on ribs...you should go to the doctor if its really bugging you...if you have had a cough tha could be a sign of lung issues...so go to the doctor...its worth it...keep me posted
