Most pungent extreme foot odor - What antibiotics can I use (asides fucidine)?

So 3 years ago I suddenly started having foot odor, it became really  pungent, up to a point that there's no cure and even when I go to sleep the next day my bedroom smells of my this horrible odor. It's a non traditional foot smell. Like chemical, sharp smell just makes breathing hard for the people around me and myself included . It's really bad!!!
(for the non believers I don't have ORS nor do I have something stuck in my nose that might be source of bad smell.. Ive asked colleagues and friends if they smell it too, and they do. And it's really bad!)

Anyhow Ive been searching all over internet for a solution as nothing helped until now. I had an operation to stop foot sweating (lumbar sympathectomy) but given my bromodosis was due to bacterial overgrowth this wasnt really any help at all. Is there any antibiotics acides fucidine that can used against foot bacteria? (mind you most are gram pos bacteria)

Does anyone have any other suggestions? This is impacting my life in a way that I now just isolate myself from others which really given my potential isn't the life I want to lead. Any out of the box idea is welcome.

I would try Zinc supplements, take 50 to 100 mgs a day, I have read and one of my naturopaths once told me that bodily odors can be due to a Zinc deficiency. I would try some and see if it works, it will probably take about 30 days to take effect, but if it is a deficiency, you should start to notice a difference.

You would be surprised what antibacterial soap can do.  I'd do a thorough footwashing with that.  See what happens.
