I feel an ice pic being shoved into my head

Was diagnosed as muscle spasms. Sometimes on both sides of head behind the ear. Comes and goes over about every 10 to 15 minutes. The pain wakes me up at night

Hello~

I am sorry you are experiencing this, how are you feeling now. If it is not any better, I would see your doctor, it could be an ear infection starting.  Do you find that you unconsciously clinch your teeth during the day, that can sometimes cause this as well.

Hi Sorry you are feeling this pain. Any relief yet? How long has this been going on? Do you have any associated illnesses ? Where is the pain ? Sorry for all the questions. If you are still feeling this pain it would be best to get to a doctor right away! Have you taken anything to help relieve the pain?
