What is wrong with me? Please read

A little history to start with. I have Osteogenesis Imperdecta, type 1. Female, age 27. 15-20 lbs over weight.
Diagnosed with Osteoporosis last year, which was found by my dentist after an orbital x-ray.
I have struggled with anemia off and on since I had my daughter 8 years ago. Iron seems to hell but after being off of it for a while blood count goes back down. Blood is also found in my urine with no sign of infection quiet often.
I stay tired all of the time, sleep doesn't really help I could sleep all night and all day very easily and still be tired, no energy ( currently iron is barly slightly less than normal).
I was also once told that the lining of my heart is thinner than normal. But was told it could be due to the Osteogenesis-Imperfecta.
Those problems have been on going for 5 years or so.
My most recent problems is that for the last 4 months I either have diarrhea or constipation, rarely normal stool. Heartburn regardless of what I eat and usually comes and goes.
My lower back and hope Burt all the time, moving around makes it worse. Legs cramp and ache. Also my back getsstiff to the point it is hard and painfull to sit up or bend.
The only medicatiin I'm currently on is gabapentin.
Sorry if symptoms and things are almost over the place, just wanted to put everything out there.

Thank you for your response, I'll definitely have those looked into. Before I moved I was set to have my para thyroid checked but never got to due to moving suddenly. He thought maybe that would have something to do with my problems as well as the early onset of osteoporosis. What are your thoughts on that?

I think I would see another doctor, ask to be tested for fibromyalgia and polymyalgia. Also, I would suggest being tested for food and environmental allergies plus Candida, a type of yeast/fungal infection.

I wish I could help more, but, as you said, you have such a wide array of symptoms, it is really difficult to figure out.
