hepatomegay is an abnormal enlargement of the liver, caused by congestion, inflammation, or a tumor. could be caused by: alcohol abuse, hepatitis A/B, lukemia, ect.. it is usually found by the doctor, so go get that checked out.

Hepatomegaly is an enlargement of the liver.  Being borderline could possibly mean your liver is enlarged slighly but not enough that would cause concern
