looking for help on bloated stomach, vomit, and diarrhea

I've been having bloated stomach since last night. I had to wake up a few times to either vomit (brown) or have diarrhea (extremely watery). Every time I do that, my stomach would seem to flat out a bit, and I'd feel better. But after I go to sleep for however long, the bloatedness would come back and force me to go to the washroom again. It also hurts my urinal track when I pee, and the amount is very little. I've taken 3 of those chewing pills for diarrhea and excessive stomach acid, but it didn't seem to work. Is there anything I can do to ease the symptoms? Thank you very much!

I don't feel very hungry, and I do drink water. My stomach bloats back up in around 2 hours. I haven't eaten anything yet, so I don't know how fast it'd fill me up. Oh, and the last time because my stomach was empty except water, the vomit was watery light yellow.

I did ask a nursing friend of mine, and was told that it's probably the norwalk virus and it's its season right now. And that I should drink lots of water to stay hydrated, or ginger ale's fine. I should also eat banana and jello. So that's what I'm going to do.

First, how's your appetite and are you drinking plenty of water?  If you're vomit is brown and you have constant diarrhea, you definitely need to see a doctor.  Especially since you say that your stomach bloats back up shortly? after you've gone to the washroom and gotten sick and such.  When you eat, does it take much to fill you up, or just a few bites?  Are you drinking mostly water, or are you a soda person?
