Any big changes with your diet recently? Any medical conditions and/or new medications? Illness recently?
If this persists, I would definitely consult your physician.
Stress, too much water, not enough water, electrolytes out of whack, too much fiber. Long list. Relax...Try a bland diet. Rice, no dairy, avoid white flour/wheat, avoid high sugar stuff, nothing spicy, water, tea, veggies. Give your digestive systems a rest for a few days so the water absorption systems can get itself back in balance. You may have picked up a bug or something that you body is trying to work out of your system. The alimentary system is pretty good at correcting most of its own problems.
