slight rising in creatinine and urea level

my father has been suffering from gout since 20 years ago. he uses allopurinol in acute phase. recently he had an operation on his thyroid gland (right thyroidectomy ). two month after surgery he had rising creatinine and urea serum in his blood analysis. ( creatinine 1.7)(urea 21). does this situation dangerous? what we can do for decreasing creatinine amount? where can i find a right diet for him?

Foods to eat
Certain vegetables such as cucumbers and bitter gourds. Eat foods rich in vitamin C such as berries, parsley, cauliflower, lemon juice and grapefruit. Eat and drink fresh and organic smoothies and juices with vegetables and fruit. Eat grass-fed, free-range organic and lean meats when eating protein. Increase your water intake
to eight to 10 glasses of water (eight ounces each) daily  

Foods to avoid or limit
Limit sodium-rich foods, and stay away from salty drinks and foods such as canned soups or sauces Avoid phosphorus-rich foods such as squash, pumpkin, shellfish, fish, dairy products, pork, nuts, and soy beans. Limit potassium-rich foods such as spinach, potatoes, beans, and bananas. Limit protein-rich foods such as red meat and dairy products.
