Over memorial weekend i was stupid and was out in the sun the whole time! now i have a REALLY bad sunburn on the entire front of my body. And today i have lacrosse practice but it hurts to bend over and move my shoulders. Any way i can get rid of the pain for like 2 hours or permanently?

Sunburn aloe gel (it's usually green) that's been in the fridge can be good for relief, but I don't know of anything that is permanent.  I don't know if it is sunny where you are today, but I would make sure to protect as much of your sunburned skin as possible before going back outside (heavy duty sunscreen, etc) because you can make it even worse even if the sun isn't shining.  If it were me, I would wear some loose fitting light weight clothing and maybe try to take it easy...  Any hits or anything you take are REALLY going to hurt.  I would definitely try the gel (and I always like it best in the fridge) and use a lot of it, but remember to protect your skin before you head back out!  Good luck and I hope that helps.
