staph aureus

My daughter was diagnosed with folliculitis iver 3 years ago and treated with amoxycillin. It took a while to clear up, and did so after her doctor upped the dose. It has come back again, not too severely and 3 montjs ago she ws treated with an antibiotic nasal cream for a sore nose.
Now her regular smear has shpwn up vaginal staph aureus and her doctor has reccommended erythromycin or flucloxacillin. Or leavie it  untreated. She lives in Morocco at  the moment. What do you think?
She also has a history of severe acne when younger-treated twice with Roaccutane-and this has recurred, but not too severely. Also-she is on a contraceptive for severe PMT with a cycle every 3 months.
Woild welcome your advice-thankyou

I concur with Londres70.

"Leaving it" is not an option.

Users of isotreinoin (Accutane) harbor much more staphylococcus bacteria than others in the general population.  I am a victim of Accutane and have to take Bactrim daily to combat infections all over my body.

I would recommend treatment with Flucloxacillin and not just "leave it."

She is just taking the contraceptive for menstrual regulation, correct?  I am asking this because while taking the ATB the contraceptive effectiveness against pregnancy will be decreased, so another form of birth control should be used as well, e.g. condoms.  If she is not sexually active, no worries.
