Hey hockeynut87.
Feeling this way about our loved ones who passed on.
indicates strongly that there's a Spiritual connection that we have with them.
Otherwise, what are we all doing here in this Community?
So, what mammo is suggesting, goes deeper than just helping us deal with the emotional pain, but also by using these tools, we are actually engaging ourselves in this communication.
We must include the possibility that our loved ones can see and hear everything we communicate to them.
Michael Lee, an amazing young Poet, in a You Tube video, recites his poem "Pass On" , which gave me some much needed faith & strength that helped me continue communicating with my mom and my younger brother, after they both passed on last year.
Every time I listen to it, I have tears in my eyes, tears of joy, KNOWING
my brother and my mom are always around. We Don't Die... We Pass On.

Hi...there is no loss greater than that of a child, and I am so sorry for the loss of your baby girl. Having lost a child myself I truly understand your pain. You need to do things that make you feel better. Journal all your thoughts about her, putting our emotions down on paper is very therapeutic and is a form of release for us. Write to her and tie it to a balloon and let the wind carry it above...we just never know. At night go outside and look at the brightest star and know that your baby girl is smiling down on you. I wrote to my grandson on facebook long after we lost him. I knew he couldn't read my words but hoped he'd hear what I was writing. Tell her how much you love and miss her for we don't know that she doesn't hear you. My heart goes out to you, life can be so unfair at times. Hugs....
