Im sorry youre going through this. Sadly, sometimes we must be alone in some aspects in this world. Personally i think give them time eventually you will see then again, and for now, try getting all the support you can get from others such as friends, coworkers, your husband, his family, or even a therapist. Try making social connections at this point so you dont feel so alone. Try doing something you enjoy or used to enjoy. At this point if youre feeling so tired and alone, you have to take care of yourself so it doesnt break you. Do little things that can make you feel good. Simple things like eating an extra slice of cake, taking a long bath, deep breathing etc, they can all help. And as your family, maybe try communicating again, if theyre not ready, then give them more time. goodluck
