Do I need testing? What are my risks?

Hello,

I've been reading the comments here and I highly appreciate the professional support provided on your forum.

I've been searching the internet for the past 4 days about my situation, but I get one answer in one place and another on a different site, hence, I'm making this inquiry to receive your valued professional advice.

I've split the content into the four points/paragraphs as I believe each one has a different type of exposure. So here we go:

1. I was with a HIV+ lady last week. I was rubbing my unprotected pinus on her unprotected vagina "without" penetration, with her vaginal fluid on the shaft of my penus, then I ejaculated on the top of her stomach and cleaned it off her with a tissue.

2. There is a very very small chance that I than placed a condom on my penis with her vaginal fluid on my shaft and had more sex (protected) (very highly unlikely)

3. I then performed unprotected oral-vaginal sex on her for about 3 minutes and rimmed her anus for a few seconds took the condom off, washed, and fell asleep.

4. I then woke up suck a condom on, had protected sex removed the condom, placed a new one and continued on having sex. (I'm not sure if I washed my penus in between, I think I most probably did)

I would like to know the likelihood of contracting HIV for each point above and know if you think I should get tested?

Please don't worry about my anxiety I just want to know your honest opinion.

If you need any more information please feel free to ask.

Highly appreciate your advice and support in advance.

Genital rubbing is also known as frottage.
This activity is regarded as no risk for transmission.
Just in case you were wondering.
Congrats on using protection.

All the risks are calculated considering a situation when interacting with a positive partner, since if both are negative, there is no possibility of transmission.

When it comes to HIV transmission, the only four routes are there

1. Unprotected vaginal or anal sex involving penetration
2. Sharing works in drugs
3. From mother to child
2. Transfusion of un-screened blood. This is a risk, only limited to under developing countries.

None of your mentioned scenario falls in any of the above categories, therefore you should have no reason to worry about
