Confirmed hiv sex with her

Yesterday  night I had sex with a csw  wore a condom  and the condom broke when we changed the style I think for less than 3 mins after that we exchanged numbers and told her that we should do an hiv test , we did an hiv test today in the morning and her result was positive  without a doubt and mine was negative , went and got pep from a friend after 11 hours exposure , and this girl said she didn't know she was postive and obvious  her viral load is high  could I get hiv if I'm taking pep for 30 days please help

PEP is very effective, but it is not 100%, so yes, there is a possibility that you could get HIV from this event.  You should see a doctor for PEP and not rely on getting it from a friend.  You need to make sure it is not expired medication and that the dose is right for you.

After you finish PEP, you can test with a 4th-generation test 28 days later to know your status.  If you cannot get a 4th-generation test, you will need to wait 90 days after finishing PEP to test.

The pep I'm using is Acriptega is it effective
