112 weeks or 90 days?

Good day to all!

I have been tested for hiv at 4 weeks and 10 weeks post exposure all were negative. I was thinking all along that 12 weeks would equal 3 months which is what cdc recommends so i thought 2 weeks wont change much. But as i was counting the exact days it turned out that 10 weeks is only 71 days and 3 months would equal 90 days, so am i still early to be confident of my  result

If you are testing with an HIV antibody test only 12 weeks is fine. If you are testing with a DUO(antigen/antibody) test, then conclusive results are available at 28 days.
