Hey, 1 week ago I performed unprotected cunnilingus and received unpr fellatio from escort lady.. And today morning I spit a blood from my gum, not much, I didnt brush it before.

Thanks man... If I can ask, why you are so sure if I read that its very low risk but not zero and there were some cases of transsmision this way..
You were never at risk of contracting HIV. See a dentist for your gum issues.
