Hi,

I am male 30, today I had done big mistake. I had done sex with sex worker for 1st time, I used 2 condom at at same time during oral and 30 sec verginal sex. After done I checked both condom and it was was perfect I seen my cum inside condom so I condidor it perfect.

1) Is my exposure is safe?
2) Should I need HIV Test for this episode?
3) Should I can have unprotected sex with my wife?

(Please Note: I ask her about her HIV statues after sex, very strangely and shocking she even know about HIV testing)

Condoms used correctly and consistently are 100% effective in prevent HIV and most STDs. You however lucked out. You never put two condoms on at the same time you're asking for a condom failure.
