2 month test conclusive?

Hi, I had unprotected vaginal intercourse about 3 1/2 months ago, and was tested for HIV at 2weeks and 2 months, both came back negative, but I am stressed beyond belief about this and was wondering if my 2month test could be considered conclusive? I am going back to get my after 3mth test done but just wanted to know.

It is most likely not going to change, but a conclusive result will be at 12 weeks.
