2 partners since my last HIV test- I am SO STUPID and WORRIED. HELP!

Hello,

Since testing negative last December, I have had 2 partners. One I know well, and one who was random.
Guy 1: we mutually masturbated each other and grinded naked. I definitely touched his presemen and then my own penis.

Guy 2: the random guy I met on Grindr (the gay iPhone app). he is a flight attendant and said he has a boyfriend but they're open. Age 30. We mutually masturbated, and he touched his penis and then put it in my mouth. He pre came a lot. I then touched his anus while stroking my penis, and he tried to suck me but I said no. I ejaculated on his chest, and then he did.

Am I at risk? I just feel so guilty after these one time hookups, even though Guy number 1 I know well.

Also- is it possible to get HIV from the actual blood test? I got one 3 weeks ago which came out negative (I've never had anal or vaginal sex period) but now I am getting sick with a fever!

There is nothing further to discuss Lizzie told you how HIV is transmitted. You didn't do any of that. NO RISK.
