HIV AgAb Test after 10 weeks

I tested Negative after 80 days from the day of exposure. The test was "HIV AgAb". How reliable can this result be?

Do I have still to take the test on the 84th day?Apology for the error, it's 11 weeks and not 10 weeks. Many thanks.

Still just shy of teh three month\12 week mark. That said I can't see your result changing.
