Likelihood of infection

Hello, I am a 31 year old heterosexual male US born and raised fitness enthusiast/athlete. Responsible for the entirety of my sex life protected sex with females.. However I am certain I had an hiv exposure some 7 years ago in 2011 after a lapse in judgment. This female in particular I had history with because her and I were sexual partners in high school during 2003-2004 in which I was her second sex partner and she was my second partner. We lost contact after those years of being involved and she was rumored, to have began sleeping with tons of men after me in 04. We re linked in 2011 and a had a brief unprotected sexual encounter, in which I penetrated her for about 5-10 seconds. However upon withdrawing my penis there was bleeding from her vagina, and all over my penis. I went and washed my penis with warm water and soap and also urinated. I asked her about her status and stds because I heard she was getting around. She explained that she did indeed catch the stds that are common and easy to get rid of before, but that was all. I asked her about the stds you can't get rid of and she stated no she don't have those. I didn't believe her anyhow, shortly after maybe a month or close to it, I got really sick, Sore throat slight fever, fatigue and night sweats. I glanced into the sky and Automatically thought I know dam well she didn't give me hiv.. That lasted about 5 days and then slowly subsided. Then I had a crazy cough that would wake me up in the middle of the night dam near choking. I caught 3 back to back colds after that, I went into a hiv obsession after that googling possibilities, googling symptoms, googling everything related to it. Stressed myself out lost about 10 pounds, wasn't eating, was doing really bad. Spent hours online googling everything. Then I developed a weird infection on my foot near the inside of my foot I've never seen before and never ever had, and it came back some time down the line for a second time. It was Purplish in color I googled purple looking blister on foot and Pedial sarcoma came up possible first sign of hiv infection. Months later I developed a funny infection on my hand also in the corner near the outside of the palm near the top of the pinky knuckle  I've never had or seen before, in my life I never suffered from lesions in my mouth or canker sores of any kind, I started getting painful blister looking sores in my mouth also. Skin on my hands and feet peeling badly at times would go away and come back. Never suffered from rashes had a weird rash in 2014. This time period was terrifying and I was mess but I hid all of this from everyone foolishly. I would get a full spectrum of Std testing from my doctor and exclude hiv testing because I didn't want to know. All my Std test were always negative. Herpes, Syphillis etc... Always negative. I would get CBC's done and try to gauge them in regards to possible hiv. I had multiple Tuberculosis and ppd's done, always negative. Internally I had convinced myself already I was infected. Now At this point in my life I was back with my girlfriend who I was broken up with during that bloody encounter with my high school partner, and weren't using protection during intercourse. Some time down the line in 2012 my girlfriend had an abnormal pap and turned out HPV positive, had her cervix frozen had complications with the procdeure developed crazy recurring skin rashes unexplained she needed steroids for lost a bunch of weight. Vomiting, diagnosed with Epstein Barr at one point. Was having yeast infections frequently. She would bleed during intercourse at times and this went on for months. She was back and forth in and out the docs also, for test and blood work and other things like for her thyroid etc.. All of these things were between 2011, 2012, 2013. Here we are in 2018 I have a well defined muscular physique I exercise regularly, I'm barely ever sick and if I do catch a cold it's gone in a day or 2, I'm active in sports etc..I'm about 180 pounds 7 percent body fat at 5 8. My girl and I broke up in 2015 she's had a new boyfriend for over 2 years now she sleeps with unprotected (assuming) I've put that whole time period behind me long time ago but never was tested for hiv.  I'm going into the military and will be tested for hiv, now all of these experiences and feelings are resurfacing now that I am nearing testing for the army, since I haven't tested after the 2011 exposure. I would hate to find out I can't enlist because I am hiv positive and have been for almost 8 years now. All input would be appreciated.

I skimmed that epic story because I need only the pertinent details which I think are below.
You had unprotected vaginal in 2011, and didn't test. Any test will be conclusive now.

Read the whole thing when you get a chance.
HIV doctors can't diagnose from symptoms, so neither you nor anyone here can either. the test is reliable, whereas symptoms prove nothing.
