Your situation involves personal contact with an object in air  ( hand, maybe blood, maybe lactating, breast, mouth, etc. ) . You will be happy to learn that you had no risk, because you can't get hiv from personal contact except unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal with a penis, neither of which you did and you didn't share hollow needles to inject with which is the only other way to acquire hiv - there are ONLY 3 ways to get hiv. Note that 2 of them require a penis and the third requires a hollow injecting shared needle - there are no OTHER ways to get hiv. Analysis of large numbers of infected people over the 40 years of hiv history has proven that people don't get hiv in the way you are worried is a risk.
Hiv is a fragile virus in air or saliva and is effectively instantly dead in either air or saliva so the WORST that could happen is dead virus rubbed you, and obviously anything which is dead cannot live again so you are good. Blood and cuts would not be relevant in your situation since the hiv has become effectively dead, so you don't have to worry about them to be sure that you are safe.
There is no reason for a person to test when they are safe. The advice took into consideration that the other person might be positive, so move on and enjoy life instead of thinking about this non-event. hiv prevention is straightforward since there are only 3 ways you can become infected, so next time you wonder if you had a risk, ask yourself this QUESTION. "Did I do any of the 3?" Then after you ANSWER "No, I didn't" you will know that it's time to move on back to your happy life.
No one got hiv from what you did during 40 years of hiv history and no one will get it in the next 40 years of your life either.  You can do what you did any time and be safe from hiv.
The other person's status is irrelevant when you have no exposure to live virus.
If you still have questions about your risk, after reading all of the above, then it is because you didn't answer the QUESTION above.

This isn't your first canker and it won't be the last, so there is no reason to fear that sore or think it has something to do with hiv, which is a disease you can't have.
thank you, i was only worried about the posts i read which said breast milk or any secretions if in contach with mouth ulcers are risky, and i got really scared
The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

You cannot get HIV from anyone's hands or fingers - not your hands/fingers, not anyone else's hands/fingers, even if those hands/fingers have cuts or scrapes on them.

Breast milk is only a risk for infants, who do not have fully developed immune systems.

You had no risk for HIV or any STDs, and you do not need to test for anything.
before contacting her i consulted an online forum and this is the reply i got now iam very tensed please help
From what I understand from you, I would think the likelihood of contacting HIV would be very low. The woman would not likely be lactating unless she was nursing a child after childbirth.

Even if she was hiv positive and lactating, the risk would still be very low for a single contact, around 1-15%.

Post exposure prophylaxis (treat for after hiv exposure) can be done up to about 24hours after exposure.

I would recommend contacting your doctor and having HIV testing done now, in one month, and three months. If the testing is still negative at this point, you should be fine.

It looks like a system glitch has made the responses disappear, so I will post mine again below. My first post should have been enough to end your questions if you had answered the QUESTION, but you obviously didn't so I'll answer it for you. Answer> No there wasn't a penis in my anus when I sucked her breasts, and she didn't inject me with a hollow needle, so I had zero risk and should move on, instead of wasting my own time asking pointeless questions.
I was only scared because of the presence of mouth ulcers as i have about 7 of them in my mouth so was pretty scared
I can't make it any simpler.

before posting here i posted on another form and got this reply

Well, whoever answered you there is wrong. Breast milk is not, and has never been, a risk factor for adults.

If you keep searching the internet, you will always find someone who will tell you you had a risk for HIV. You did not, and there isn't anything more to say. We cannot help you manage your anxiety.
Thank you
Searching the internet for ways to get hiv, when you have no medical training, is just googling for death. You don't know how to interpret half of what you read, and the other half is a collection of  wrong ideas. The first step to peace is to stop googling cold turkey. If you don't want to stop, then see a mental health therapist so they  can try to help you live a normal life.
Last question just last
Can i have sex with my wife tonight i have kept her real far since this encounter and as advices no testing needed right?
That is between you and your wife.
You don't have HIV.
