Can I have hiv?

So a year ago I had my first time without a condom ( I know, I WAS STUPID) and I feel so guilty about it. He told me he was clean, and he only had sex with 2 girls. So 3 months ago or so, I was super nervous and stressed about my finals and had oral thrush since then I've been starting to think that I might be sick ( even though my doctor told me that it was because of the stress). After having sex, next week I went to the beach and got some skin irritation in one of my fingers. I went to the doctor through out the year and I didnt have my lymphs sore except when I had an infection. Now my throat its has been itchy for about a month and it hurted one side (she told me I had one my lymphs sore and it hurted a lot when she touched it). They told me it might be due to some allergics. Anyway, I asked for a full blood test and they are analazying my urine too. Should I be worry? I have anxiety disorder and an OCD.I regret so much my first time and feel so bad about it. Thank you for your help :)

Your anxiety is getting the better of your thinking process because it is making you over-analyze your body looking for reasons, like why you had a finger skin irritation a year ago, yet still worry about it today trying to see if it has deep meaning.

You shouldn't be worried about HIV from all those
symptoms" because they are not symptoms when they go away on their own, however no one can advise if the one episode you had without a condom had any risk from the other person.
Did or can you also ask him to test?
The odds are very good that your test will show that you don't have HIV so try to relax until the results come back.
