Reused condom?

I got a blowjob from  a sex worker in Amsterdam yesterday.
I was super drunk, but I am sure she put condom on.
However, in the middle of the blowjob she said I already came and showed me ejaculation in condom..
When I insisted I did not feel anything, she continued with a hand job and I finally came.

Would it be possible that she reused condom that she used it someone else? if so should I be worried?

Sorry to bother again, but a confirmation from you guys will help me relax a lot more.

Its been about 4-5 days and I have been developing fever symptoms and also slight coughing, can it be related to 'seroconversion' and hence hiv?

I don't think so. It is more likely to be your pre-come.
You never had an exposure since BJ is not the way HIV transmission.
