When blood starts drying the virus becomes inactive--it's that simple.

It depends on the amount of blood in the syringe and how high the infected persons viral load is.I can't give you a time,no one can.

Thank you for your replying. You said that it will take longer inside the syringe,I want to know how long? When the blood coagulation?I learned that blood will be coagulation in about 10 minutes. Is that means the blood inside the syringe will be inactive in about 10 minutes?Thank you!

On the tip of a syringe it becomes inactive immediately but inside the syringe it would take longer. You had no risk because the tip of the syringe is not infectious.

You can't get infected in that manner. You have to inject yourself in a vein or artery.
