i am a 25 yr old male. i female escort gave me a blow job without a condom 2 days ago. i did not give her any oral. we also had protected sex, checked condom after and it hadn't split and semen was still present at the tip of the condom as i took it off. it was a stupid thing as i'm in a relationship and now i'm guilty as hell.
earlier today i have noticed some tiny red spots/pimples on the tip of my penis but they seem to have more or less gone now. i do not have any pain when urinating. i might go down to my local gum clinic tomorrow to get tested then start on any medication etc if i do actually have something.
whats your advice to me? do i test for hiv? thanks

nope...no test needed.
receiving oral sex did not put you at risk for hiv. of course..using a condom, protected you also.
