Sorry for questioning this teak but it is still possible for adults to contract HIV through breast milk as on internet & everywhere else breast milk is mentioned one of the body fluids known to infect the other with HIV. So keeping your statement in mind "Adults do not contract HIV by breast milk" i would still like to ask that is there any documented or known case by you people of anyone who has got infected through this way. I am asking this because in my post i also raised the same concern but didn't got a satisfactory answer. I would be of great help, please do reply! Thank You.

I had a sexual exposure with a sexual worker 3 months ago, it was accompanied with a nasty soapy massage in pattaya. i had a vaginal intercourse and used condom. i tested after 40 days, my antibody test,p24 antigen and HIV-1 RNA pcr was negative.
but my lynph nodes are swollen and i get occasional utricaria(skin rashes). what is the % chances that i will be infected? i am really worried for the past 3 months and now i am afraid to take test...
There is no practical risk of contracting HIV from swallowing a few drops of breast milk. No need for testing.
Adults do not contract HIV by breast milk.
