HIV SYMPTOMS, ORAL SEX, HAIRY WHITE TONGUE, SWOLLEN LYMPH NODES

Dear Doctors and Experts,

Help me to understand the worst symptoms and possibilities of my bad behavior. I did the sinful and stupid thing of having sex with a sex worker in May 2023, having unprotected oral sex, and having vaginal penetration using a condom. The day after doing that I did a blood transfusion the test kit was NAT, two results came out, namely Reactive HIV with a value of 1.9 and the other result was Non Reactive with a result of 0.79. I remember at that time a week after I had sex I felt swallowing pain (without fever) in July I felt the pain of the soles of the feet and back pain for one month disappeared arising, after 6 months of exposure I felt stress and fear and fell ill after taking antibiotic medication my tongue became white and hairy persisted until now one month more and my armpit lymph nodes were swollen. help me was very scared to test again and get a positive HIV result. Am I particularly at risk for this HIV exposure? thanks

The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.

As you can see, you did not do any of the activities on the list of risks.

If you do not engage in any of the activities I mentioned above with someone HIV+ or whose HIV status is unknown to you, you will NEVER have to worry about getting HIV. There is no information you could add about this event that would make it a risk for HIV.

Thanks for the answer. Let me ask you one more thing, what causes the blood test one day after sex to appear two results namely Reactive HIV and Non Reactive HIV, The tool used to check my blood is Nucleic Acid Testing (NAT). I was so scared to retest. Thanks for every answer. God Bless
You had no risk for hiv, so no one is going to play your imaginary game by discussing all of your many irrelevant details in your first post, or second post.  It is time for you to move on, instead of continuing to fixate on a disease you don't have.
