After 90 days (exact) did a Oraquick ADvance Rapid test , Came back negative. I think its time to move on and not worry about this.

3 months post exposure is conclusive. You never had a risk to begin with.
I had a CSW exposure. So Yesterday exactly on the 60th day I did the antibody test and the results came back negative. I have seen on this site that a negative test after 8 weeks is a conclusive evidence of not being HIV +.

Had you had an exposure which you didn't ARS does not come after 8 weeks.
Anythings possible but highly ulikely. 2 to 4 weeks post--exposure.
