Broken Condom And PEP

Hello-

I am a gay male, my partner is HIV positive, I am negative. He has been on meds for 4 years and he has been undetectable for 2 years. Last night we had sex, I penetrated him, so I was the top. When I pulled out, my penis was outside the condom, a hole had formed and I penetrated him without protection. Should I seek PEP from this exposure. It was brief, maybe a couple minutes. Thanks for the help!

You are having sex with someone that is known to be HIV positive and you don't know what to do incase of a condom failure. How about contacting his ID doctor and discuss it.
