Can HIV get through a finger cut?

Hi there,

Firstly I wanted to thank you for your resourceful and helpful website. Although this question has been asked before I can't seem to reach a state of peace of mind. So I thought I would ask the experts here for confirmation.

I recently fingered a girl and later discovered I had a finger cut. I have posted a photo of the cut in link below.
When I withdrew my finger I noticed some blood on my fingers and the girl informed me that she had recently had her period and thought it was over. I don't know her very well so I am obviously freaking out.

The cut on my finger was not very fresh and I don't remember when it occurred (probably a few hours earlier). It is due to the cold weather (I know I should use cream!).

Please let me know based on the photo below if you suspect any risk of hiv transmission. Many thanks!!

Hi there. I guess when one is concerned about his or her situation then they reach a state mind psychologicaly unexplainable where they seek a personalized response based on their particular case.

That is why I asked the same question posting a photo of the cut that I had on my finger.

There are alot of replies over here which mention the type of cut (depth , seriousness etc). Not being able to differentiate it myself I thought i would seek your help.

A response based on my photo would be highly appreciated.

Many thanks for your time
