It is highly unlikely that the virus would have been able to replicate sufficiently in a 3- or 4-day period to infect another person.  However, you should refrain from unprotected sexual activity with anyone until you test conclusively negative for HIV.  In the unlikely event that you test positive for HIV, it is your moral (and possibly legal) obligation to tell your girlfriend. However, as I said, it is highly unlikely that you were infected and that you could have infected your girlfriend that quickly.

Could you please pass some light on what happens on the first week of the the infection and when would this acute infection start
HIV docs can't diagnose from symptoms so neither you nor I can either. Try to relax until you can test because nothing is pointing toward you having HIV, and only a test provides the only answer. Don't study your body or Google because that can only create anxiety when you get no answers. Some positive people don't have symptoms.
Can you test the other girl?
i dont know if i could convince her but i have to try and do i have to test my girl as well ? or would she be risk free because it only 3 or 4 days i had sex with my gf after my possible exposure
If you are negative then why test your girl?
true
just to feel better would she be infected in her 3 or 4 days if i am infected ?????
i meant CurfewX told it is highly unlikely that I would pass her  because it is too early
Just wait for your test result, and don't focus on what-ifs.

Oral, anal or vaginal?

Vaginal both
Unprotected both
It is always a risk but infection doesn't always occur. You need to take a duo after 4 weeks or any other after 12 weeks for a conclusive result. Oral is not a risk for HIV so you don't need a condom for that, however vaginal or anal are transmission modes so you have to use a condom for that until proven negative. Can you test the other girl?
If your girlfriend insists on unprotected V or A, maybe tell her you have possible cancer and can't risk infecting her for the next 4 weeks so you have to use a condom, because if you tell her the truth it will be a great weight on her innocent heart (for zero gain) so I would avoid that. Or if you plan to keep fooling around with others, just tell her the truth. Just my opinion.
